Ein Ass entscheidet
Dassel. Ein einziger - etwas glücklicher - Wurf entschied das GermanTour-C-Turnier Dassel Summer Challenge zugunsten des EM-Teilnehmers Niklolai Tsouloukidse von den Funaten aus Hannover. An der berüchtigten Insel auf dem Gelände des CVJM im Solling hatte der Hannoveraner das Glück des Tüchtigen. Sein Wurf geriet etwas zu hoch, so dass die Disc auf dem Weg über die Insel hinaus war. Das üppige Grün in Dassel, weder vom B-Turnier an Ostern noch vom Herbstturnier bekannt, lenkte die Scheibe von Tsouloukidse ab und direkt in die Ketten des Korbes 13.
"Ich konnte mich nicht wirklich für Dich freuen", räumte Elias Güldenhaupt von den Wolfenbüttelner Tee-Timers ehrlicherweise im Gespräch mit dem Gewinner und discgolfen vor der Siegerehrung ein. Güldenhaupt hatte nach der ersten Runde mit 55 Würfen das Feld angeführt. Nikolai Tsouloukidse kämpfte sich Wurf um Wurf heran und sicherte sich durch das Ass schließlich den Sieg. Neben Güldenhaupt überholte der EM-Teilnehmer auch Gene Rüdiger (56, 59), der offensichtlich etwas unzufrieden Dassel schon vor der Siegerehrung verließ.
Nach einer 59er Runde am Vormittag zeigte sich Nikolai Tsouloukidse nach der Mittagspause in EM-Form. Mit nur 52 Würfen knackte er nicht nur den Asspool sondern stellte auch die Tagesbestleistung auf. Elias Güldenhaupt entwickelt sich derzeit zur Nummer zwei, denn mit der 59 am Nachmittag blieb ihm wieder nur der Silberplatz. Hinter Gene Rüdiger belegte EM-Teilnehmer Marvin Tetzel (Tee-Timers Wolfenbüttel) mit 121 (61, 60) Würfen den zweiten Rang. Tetzel, amtierender Deutscher Juniorenmeister, gehört in der kommenden Woche in Genf zum Favoritenkreis in der Division Junioren. Platz fünf holte sich Lokalmatador Leo Seidel (65, 62).
Bei den Frauen war es besonders spannend, denn die Entscheidung fiel erst nach Ende der Runden. Lokalmatadorin Maya Erdmann (Discgolf Dassel) und Cornelia Rahlfs-Busse (Funaten Honnover) hatten beide 151 Würfe benötigt, so dass die Entscheidung um den Dasselsieg im Stechen fallen musste. Die Hannoveranerin warf präziser und durfte jubeln. Platz drei ging an die Pressesprecherin der Discgolfabteilung im Deutschen Frisbeesport-Verband, Christine Schnettler aus Schwerte.
Eng ging es auch bei den Masters (40+) zu. Zwei Niedersachsen, Oliver Schacht von der Weser und André Klawonn aus dem Harz, lieferten sich einen heißen Fight. Schacht führte nach der ersten Runde. Trotz Verbesserung am Nachmittag (64, 63) musste Schacht seinem Konkurrenten Klawonn (65, 61) zum Sieg gratulieren. Bei den Grandmastern war wenig Spannung drin, denn Lokalmatador Michael Voglmeyer (64, 62) zog nahezu einsam seine Runden.
