Europameister "patzt" an der Bahn 1

Beckum. Früh am Sonntagmorgen bot sich den Discgolfern im Beckumer Phoenixpark ein winterliches Bild. Eis auf den Seen und Teichen und leichtes taureifweiß auf den Wiesen, Büschen und Bäumen. Aber am Horizont versprach die aufgehende Sonne schon einen herrlichen Discgolf-Tag bei Temparaturen von bis zu 9 Grad. Durch die Zeitumstellung in der Nacht ging es zwar 45 Minuten früher als am Samstag los, doch tatsächlich konnten die 62 Spieler etwas länger als am Vortag schlafen.

Sven Rippel wirft ein Ass

Simon Lizotte baut den Vorsprung aus

Beckum. Bei herrlichem Sonnenschein und sven assklaren vier Grad ging die zweite Runde des B-Turniers 2. Münsterland Open im PhoenixAktivPark zu Ende. Der Führende Simon Lizotte spielte eine 56er-Runde (gesamt: 111) und baute damit seine Führung aus. Platz zwei der Gesamtwertung belegt nach zwei von drei Vorrunden bei seinem letzten Turnier vor dem Wechsel in die Open weiterhin Kevin Konsorr (119). Auf Platz drei schob sich Sven Rippel (alle drei vom Gastgeber DiscGolfer Münsterland) durch eine 62er-Runde (gesamt: 131) vor. Dabei war ihm sein Ass auf der langen Bahn 13 behilflich. Vierter ist Ralf Hüpper (132) vom Kettenjeklüngel Köln. Christine Hellstern (Discgolf Baden-Baden) darf den Schampus kalt stellen, denn mit 150 Würfen nach zwei von vier Runden (incl. Finale) dürfte sie bei den Sieg bei 24 Zählern Vorsprung vor Jutta Wenner (Discgolf Lünen Lakers) sicher haben, womit sie zugleich die GermanTour 2012 gewinnt.

Christine Hellstern legt sehr gut vor

Münsterland Open der DiscGolfer Münsterland im Beckumer PhoenixAktivPark führte Christine Hellstern (Discgolf Baden-Baden) aus Obernkirch in der ersten Runde eine Vorentscheidung herbei. Die Zweitplatzierte in der GermanTour-Wertung 2012 spielte bei morgens winterlichen bedingungen eine 71er-Runde und liegt damit satte 17 Würfe vor der (noch) in der GT-Wertung führenden Jutta Wenner (Discgolf Lünen Lakers) aus Werne. Zumindest ist klar, dass am Sonntagnachmittag eine dieser beiden sich GermanTour-Siegerin 2012 nennen darf. In der Gesamtwertung führt der Bremer Europa- und Deutsche Meister Simon Lizotte mit 55 Würfen auf der Runde über die 21 Bahnen vor dem Deutschen Juniorenmeister Kevin Konsorr (beide DiscGolfer Münsterland) aus Lünen, der 58 Würfe benötigte.

Die GT-Saison endet in Beckum

Erstes B-Turnier der DiscGolfer Münsterland

Beckum. Zum dritten Mal verwandelt sich der Beckumer Phoenix-Aktivpark in ein Eldorado für Discgolfer. Vom 27. bis 29. Oktober tragen die Discgolfer Münsterland ein Frisbeegolf-Turnier, die 2. Münsterland Open, aus. Beim finalen Wettbewerb für die GermanTour 2012 steht zwar nur noch die Entscheidung in der Frauen-Division an, trotzdem lassen der Europameister und Deutsche Meister Simon Lizotte (Bremen), der Junioren-Europameister Sven Rippel (Bergkamen) und der Deutsche Juniorenmeister Kevin Konsorr, der sich schon vor Wochen uneinholbar in der GermanTour den Sieg sicherte, in der Phoenix ihre Scheiben fliegen.

Dominik Stampfer siegt

Heidenheimer setzt sich im Breisgau die GT-Krone auf

Heuweiler. Knapp einen Monat vor der Ende der GermanTour 2012 sind fast alle Entscheidungen gefallen. Durch den zweiten Platz bei den 2. Heuweilermer Dorf Challange setzte sich der Heidenheimer Dominik Stampfer (WSCA) erstmals die GT-Krone auf. Er löst den Vorjahresgewinner Christan Plaue aus Grebenstein ab, der in diesem Jahr mit Rang zwei zufrieden sein muss. Dritter wird der Vorjahresgewinner der Junioren-Tour, der Bergkamener Sven Rippel (DiscGolfer Münsterland). Offen ist noch die Entscheidung bei den Damen. In den anderen Divisionen siegten Kevin Konsorr (Junioren), Klaus Kattwinkel (Masters), Wolfgang Kraus (Grandmaster), Benjamin Schneider (Senior Grandmaster) und Willy Leifermann (Legends). Bei den Damen ist Jutta Wenner Topfavoritin. Theoretisch könnte Dana Jung sie noch verdrängen, praktisch allerdings nur Christine Hellstern, die allerdings derzeit für kein Turnier mehr gemeldet hat, so dass Jutta Wenner nur 3,62 Punkte benötigt, um sich sicher das GT-Krönchen aufsetzen zu dürfen.

Grandmaster-Gewinner bedrängt Master-Sieger

Eberswalde. Bei den "Alten Herren" wurden in Eberswalde nur drei von vier möglichen DM-Titeln (Master / Ü 40, Grandmaster / Ü 50, Legend / Ü 70) vergeben. Die Ü 60-Klasse (Senior Grandmaster) war unbesetzt. Zwölf Masters, sechs Grandmaster und zwei Ü 70-Legends traten im Familiengarten in Eberswalde an. Titelverteidiger "Opa Willy" Leifermann (Kellenhusen), Neu-Grandmaster George Braun (Stahnsdorf) und Masters-Akteuer Miachael Kobella (Augsburg) setzten sich die jeweils DM-Krone in Brandenburg auf.

Eberswalde. Mit elf Teilnehmerinnen in der DM-Wertung war Eberswalde bislang das größte Damenturnier um die Deutsche Meisterschaft. Mit Susann Fischer (Hyzernauts) und Nora Wrobel (Würzburg) waren auch die beiden Topspielerinnen des Vorjahres am Start. Am Ende setzte sich die Berlinerin Susann Fischer trotz mässigen Starts deutlich durch. Nora Wrobel wurde Zweite vor Tanja Höll (Augsburg).

Entscheidet Lizotte die GermanTour 2012?

Der Deutsche Meister und Europameister gibt sich die Ehre

Kellenhusen. Nach den grandiosen Erfolgen in plakat kellenhusenColchester, Leberic und Eberswalde möchte Simon Lizotte, der für die DiscGolfer Münsterland startende Bremer gewann diese Turniere, nun auch die Discgolf-Freunde an der Ostsee mit seinem Spiel beglücken. Ob allerdings alle Turnierteilnehmer damit so glücklich sind, dürfte fraglich sein. Der Europameister und Deutsche Meister ist in einer solchen Form, dass die deutsche Konkurrenz ihm kaum den Sieg in Kellenhusen wird streitig machen können. Gewinnt Lizotte erwartungsgemäß am kommenden Wochenende, macht er damit - fast sicher - Dominik Stampfer zum GermanTour-Sieger 2012.

Kevin Konsorr vor dem Wechsel in die Open

Eberswalde. Mit großem Vorsprung sicherte sich der Lünener Kevin Konsorr (DiscGolfer Münsterland), der Vizemeister von 2011, den Junioren-Titel bei der Deutschen Meisterschaft im brandenburgischen Eberswalde. Mit elf unter Par nach dem Juniorenfinale (zugleich Halbfinale der Open) hätte es für den Oberstufenschüler nicht nur für den Einzug ins Finale der Open gereicht, sondern er wäre - vermutlich (vgl. PDGA-Rating) - hinter seinem Clubkameraden Simon Lizotte Vizemeister der Open geworden! Der Abstand zum Junioren-Vizemeister Marvin Tetzel (Tee-Timers) aus Wolfenbüttel betrug satte 30 Würfe. Zwischen dem Zweiten Tetzel und Dritten, Marvin Hartmann (DiscGolfer Münsterland), betrug der Unterschied beim Turnierende nur drei Würfe.

Im Osten nichts Neues - Favoritensiege bei der 27. Deutschen Meisterschaft

Eberswalde. Simon Lizotte, Kevin Konsorr (beide DiscGolfer Münsterland), Susann Fischer, George Braun (beide Hyzernauts), Michael Kobella (Augsburg) und "Opa Willy" Leifermann (Ostsee Discgolf Kellenhusen) sind die Deutschen Meister 2012. Der Bremer Simon Lizotte verteidigte zum dritten Mal in Folge seinen Titel. Damen-Siegerin Susann Fischer und Legend-Spieler Willy Leifermann hatten auch im Vorjahr in Kellenhusen triumphiert.
