Sportlerehrung beim Ball des Sports

Oberbürgermeister gratuliert Frisbee-Spielern
Münster. Traditionell werden beim Ball des Sports in der Halle Münsterland vom Oberbürgermeister die erfolgreichen Spitzensportler Münsters geehrt. Am Samstag (1. Februar) war auch GW Marathon Münster wieder mit Ultimate- und Discgolfspielern dabei.
Erstmals durfte Torben Casser (im linken Bild r.), Dritter der 
Deutschen Discgolf-Meisterschaft der Junioren und Deutscher Meister im Frisbee-Weitwurf, Oberbürgermeister Markus Lewe die Hand schütteln. Direkt hinter ihm kam „Dauergast“ Tim Tuschen (im rechten Bild r.), im vergangenen Jahr mit der U 17-Ultimate-Nationalmannschaft „nur“ Vizeeuropameister, zum Shakehand beim Stadtoberhaupt.
Etwas später gratulierte Markus Lewe Lea Günnewig, Annika Behrendt und Elena Schwarz, die erstmals in die Nationalmannschaft berufen worden waren und gleich bei der Europameisterschaft der U 17-Juniorinnen den Titel holten.
