Wettkampfteams des GW Marathon starten erfolgreich ins neue Jahr
Sowohl das Damen- als auch das Open-Team ("UMS") des GW Marathon konnten dieses Jahr früh erste Erfolge verbuchen: Bei der ersten Auflage des Kasseler "dISCUMENTA" Turniers am 17. und 18. Januar diesen Jahres konnte sich das Damen-Team den zweiten Platz in ihrer Division erkämpfen. UMS gelang sogar der Turniersieg in der Open-Division.
Eine ausführlichere Zusammenstellung der Turnierresultate und der Ergebnisse der einzelnen Spiele gibt es HIER.
Erfreulicherweise wurde das Damen-Team darüber hinaus noch, zusammen mit den Heidschnucken aus Göttingen, zum Spiritsieger gekürt.
Solch erfolgreiche Ergebnisse beider Teams lassen auf viele Highlights in diesem Jahr hoffen.
