Minden. Viele Discgolfer aus Ostwestfalen udn Nidersachsen nutzten das „min+din-doubles“ am 21. September als Test für den „Skyracer Cup“ am 12. Oktober auf Kanzlers Weide in Minden. Trotz des Regens am frühen Morgen kamen alle gemeldeten Teams hoch motiviert auf den Parcours n der Weser.

Großer Discgolf-Tag: Die WestfalenTour trifft Minden beim „MEETING MI“

Minden. Bei bestem Discgolf-Wetter fand am Samstag (14. Juni) das sechste Turnier der WestfalenTour 2014, das „MEETING MI“ statt. Es war bereits das insgesamt vierte Turnier in Minden innerhalb von nur neun Monaten seit Eröffnung des Parcours „Kanzlers Weide DISCGOLF“. Mit 36 Teilnehmern waren die Organisatoren sehr zufrieden, da zur gleichen Zeit ein GT C-Turnier im nicht allzu weit entfernten Bad Fredeburg stattfand, bei dem sehr viele Spieler antraten, die in den letzten Monaten bei der WestfalenTour Stammgäste waren. Stattdessen traten in Minden erfreulicherweise überdurchschnittlich viele Einsteiger an, die bis dato noch nicht bei der WestfalenTour mitspielten.
